Interaction Design is the process of building user satisfaction by improving the usability, user experience and pleasure provided by the interaction between a person/group and an interface. An interface can be a computer, an installation or a physical object.

I did my thesis on Participatory Design at Concordia University. Most of what I do, whether it is product design, art digital strategy or communication design, utilize UX (user experience) theories.

When a person’s enjoyment and ease of use are considered while designing, it results in a better experience.
